Time tracking app for consultants at Implement
With several clients and a busy day, the consultants of Implement requested a fast and modern tool that can log the time used on phone calls, emails and teams meetings. By logging time their time they will be able to register hours more precisely than before while spending less time doing it.

Approach to tracking
With a classic design thinking mindset, I used data gathering methods such as observation and interviews in order to get to know the work of a consultant at Implement. The main focus of the interviews was to get to know the culture and ethics of Implement. By learning that none of the asked consultants had issues with tracking/logging, as it would also please the customers by delevering a precise method to track the paid hours. This made it possible to choose automating as a concept, creating the most effective time logger as possible.
Conclusion
The project was used a framework for the time registering tool that was later build for Implement that took heavy inspiration in both the UX and the automation logic of my design concept.
